If you decide to make a reservation through our website, or enter our sweepstakes, we will collect personal information about you that you voluntarily share with us. This personal information includes things like your name, e-mail and mailing address, travel preferences, and telephone number.
By providing this information, you authorize Point Loma Inn & Suites to contact you regarding your reservation or sweepstakes entry.
Additionally, you authorize Point Loma Inn & Suites and its affiliates to email you travel recommendations and/or promotional offers.
You are free to opt-out of these email recommendations and offers at any time by sending an email with the subject "unsubscribe [your email address]" to offers@pointlomainnsd.com. |

Unlike most hotels, we will not charge your Credit Card until your date of arrival, at which point you may use any form of payment you wish, including cash. Reservations may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. No-Shows or Reservation cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee. Reservation modifications made less than 48 hours prior to arrival are subject to a modification fee.

Prices may be higher based on availability, special events, or holidays. (Rates will be higher if 35% of the inventory has been pre-sold or sold. The rates are given as a pricing guideline, and are not guaranteed.)

Parking charges will be waived if reservations are made via the Internet!!! (excluding the "Park, Sleep, & Fly" packages.)

An extra $10.00 applies to each additional person/rollaway; $20.00 pet fee per pet per day.

We are not responsible for the loss of valuables left unprotected. A personal safe warranted for up to $5,000 of loss (as a result of forced entry) is located in each guest room. A nominal charge of $2.00 plus tax per day is added to your account for this valuable convenience. Upon request, this charge can be removed at check-out.

From time to time, it has been our experience that certain email programs will misdirect our reservation emails, or will prohibit the receipt of our email confirmations. Therefore, we request you please call us in the event you have not heard from us within 24 hours of submitting a reservation request.
